This is why I am thinking there is a huge glutamate problem in AF.

According to Professor Ashton, once gaba receptors have been downgraded, and gaba has become out of balance with glutamate, glutamate, the excitory neurotransmitter goes berzerk. It also means why one cannot calm down or quieten their mind. Might be worth looking into, have you ever used pharma meds like benzodiazapines or anti depressants?
