Nice article. I love Ascorbic Acid. I read people posting in the Vit C forum it makes us Acidic and is terrible for us, wtf? lol I don't really believe that...Seen way too many good things happen from it, in fact I even use the powdered form in my bath water and it leaves my skin and hair nice and soft and shining.
