Hi There,
I had these issues too. I am 38. I saw doctors for YEARS. I was prescribed ADD, ADHD meds, anti-depressants, etc.

Then in 2012 I had to have my thyroid removed. My levels were all IN RANGE but I had a giant goiter that was pushing on my throat. It made me wheeze. I am not a big girl (118lbs) and my thyroid was 2xs size of a normal thyroid. After surgery, I had an adrenal crash BECAUSE I AM GLUTEN IN-TOLERANT. The issues that you listed above went away after I cut out gluten. Gluten was causing my throat to swell, migraines, achiness, sleep issues, moodiness, heart palps, heartburn, acid reflux, vomiting and other stomach issues.

13 months later, I feel much better. It takes 7 months for the gluten to leave your body. You will feel better in about 2 weeks. I am still recovering because I had an adrenal crash.
