I have the same issues as you do and I am a 58 year old woman. I am a pharmacist (32 years) and our immune system is being triggered by stress and the organic molecules in our food. I am in the process of really truly following the Eat Right For Your Blood Type Diet .... eating ONLY the beneficial foods for Type O blood. The head of our allergy clinic here in town (large metro city), said there IS truth to the program. The Avoid list MATCHED my official allergy skin test. I am allergic to all of the avoid foods. There must be some truth. So after SUFFERING with unsightly Psoriasis for 2 years, I am sticking to their diet of beneficial foods. I plan to stick to it for 6 months. I will report what happens.
