Sadly the iron sold for human use is of a metal nature and only harms the body worse. More and more is taken and NEVER solves the problem ansd creates a VERY SERIOUS problem by consuming so much metal.

Sorghum Molasses along with some Iron Formula based on Dr. Christopher is my choice. Sadly also, the most stupid thing a person can do is give blood, first it harms the donor and poisons the receiver.
