I have not tried this as of late, I know as a child I would get stung easly with nettles, I will have to experiment with it next time I see a patch.

IRON is a HUGE subject you read litte about. I make all my liquid syrup/tinctures to aid with iron balance. Until the iron is in control, the body will be out of control.

There is allot of medical science stating those that MURDER in bazaar ways, all have an iron problem. My theory is this; when your iron is bad enough your spirit looses control and evil spirits overwhelme your body. The things you normally have control over , you now act out!!!!!!!!!! You always wanted to kill a certain person or do something really stupid, etc. and before you know it you have done it and when you wake up you don't realize you just wiped out your parents and your neighbors or slaughtered your school mates, etc. Evil spirits can land you in jail real fast and it seems they play the most when the body has an iron im-balance, so I have always saught to aid this in my liquid formulas. "IF" you can't help the potassium and iron, then your formulas will be lacking. The SAD thing about this is that probably no one else sees this as a problem. I will guess 99% of the people who make/sale herbs only have one thing on their mind: $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ They have to make their house payments and keep the business going.
