thanks for your reply. Bepanthen looks like the divine product...what makes it so different from other ointment? and how are your lips doing now that you stopped using it?

Do you still have raw/reddish skin in the EC areas?

strict oral hygien means 3times a day brushing teeth+mouthwashing? thats it?
