There is no change in my stress levels, In fact during healing it was one of the busiest time I was so busy then. Its just microbial overgrowth in mucus membrane, I maintained good hygiene by brushing after I eat and then used mouth wash along with applying bepanthen moisturizer and my lips healed gradually.
