I had dry, red, itchy gritty eyes so I tried the natural clay cure, it works! Here is what I did I made a clay paste 2 tablespoons of the Indian Healing Clay mix put in glass bowl then add about 1 tsp natural organic apple cider vinegar ( I buy Bragg's) and 1/2 tsp water mix into a paste and put it on my eyes lids and below the eyes, basically I put the clay paste all around the eyes .PLEASE DO NOT put the clay paste directly in your eyes .

Let the clay dry and then rinse it off with warm water . The clay will pull the toxins out of your eyes and it stimulates oil flow as well as can unblock any meridian channels that may be blocked which may result in the flow to begin and healing . This Indian Healing clay is certainly amazing.
