Totally feel you on ayurveda, AND on feeling worse and worse. My experience with AF is I've been put on Adrenevive(ashwagandha/rhodiola/l theanine/siberian(NOT Korean)ginseng/skullcap) complex by Bodylogic MD. She read my cortisol saliva test as AF(coupled w/ my symptoms & saliva tested hormones) I had an immediate reaction to Adrenevive. It lasted minutes to an hr, maybe. After that 1st day, no reactions. But I take it twice a day, at aprx 8-9 mos, I felt markedly better, stronger. AF is long to treat. 6 mos to 2 yrs, I have read Lam & Wilson.
