Hi,, I'm new to this site too. First time on any site actually. I don't even know if I'm posting right or ? I'm also fairly new to zapping and hopeing to get answers and feedback. I'm on a detox trying clean my body up too. I just want to feel better and get healthy. I've learned alot from going to many of different sites and forums on zapping. I'm doing the 7/20 method on my 7th day. And changed my diet as far as adding alot of fresh fruit, yogurts, veggies, and trying to switch slowly to organic. I also started taking a probiotic daily, as Ive learned from forum F&Qs that its good to add the good bacteria as the bad is dying off. Organic of course is expensive so thats why changing over slowly. But I know will be worth it. Good luck and just keep reading as much as you can in the forums. I'm feeling so much better already. Mentally and physically. Trying to do the first month daily then 2 to 3 times weekly. I hope someone will reply to this so I know if its even being seen. Thanks :) Also I don't know who that picture is of that was posted by my user name by my reply. It just popped up as my pic. I want to delete it and put my own there. Can someone help me with a suggestion on how to get rid of it? Thanks
