If you haven't heard of/run into these ideas yet, you're in for a treat. Also, it will go a long way toward revealing what might be going on, with water fasting, and what to do *after* a water fast. So important! Basically, it covers how to get the body working optimally.


I'm putting it into "water fasting" (also) because it dovetails so beautifully--and will probably inspire and humble you (water fasters) with what a marvel the body truly is! I hope you will find the time. . . and enjoy
