For real? Just to make sure, this *is* water only that you are doing, right? Or are you taking anything any supplements or juice or tea or anything?

The only other case like this I've heard of was this middle-aged woman who was like, yeah, I juice, and then I take my chlorella and spirulina, and then I take my omega 3 oil supplement, blah, blah, and I was like, hon, you're not fasting, you're eating maintenance lol.
