Well before starting I was 210 lbs, I did a brief one-week fast followed by two weeks of dieting in order to prepare my system. From that I went down to 200 lbs.
When I started my extended fast I went down to 190 lbs in roughly a week. Since then it's been 13 days and I haven't moved from 190.
