Is it unhealthy to eat at different times of the day?

Because I work in I.T., I often eat lunch at unusual times or barely eat anything at all. I _do_ try to eat something during the day, though.

This isn't a question specific to mood, but there isn't a "eating food at different times of the day" forum. This has been cross-posted to Diet and Nutrition forum though.
