Hey guys..

Do we know how our kidney function is ? Wondering if impaired kidney function is a factor or co-factor in all of this? Dr. Marc Sircus (and I believe Dr. Dean) says that Magnesium excess *should* be able to be flushed out by the kidneys. Sircus says ~ 'Individuals with impaired kidney function are at higher risk for adverse effects from magnesium supplementation '. He goes on to list symptoms that mirror people's here.
