Thanks for the info. I did buy a really good hat last weekend. I'll have to look into different sunscreen instead of just the regular Coppertone or Banana Boat I'd been using.

I definetly think the sun is beneficial too. I've just got to find a way to keep more spots from appearing. I'm going to order some of those detox foot pads today. I'm trying everything I can think of!
