It's a weird spacey feeling in the back of my head. Very strange. And then there's the nausea and fatigue. It just makes me feel sickly. Makes sense that it might be because it's lowering my blood pressure.

Right now I just take my small dose right before bed and that way I'm lying down anyway and it doesn't seem to bother me. It's very odd though because my last hair test showed my sodium up one point, and I didn't seem to have that problem with the mag when my sodium was lower.
