Magicpharma is based in India and Drugstore4save in Thailand. The US government can do diddly-squat about what goes on in those countries, plus the medicinal drugs they sell are all perfectly legal to be importing for personal use to most western countries anyway (well in the UK at least, you are legally permitted to import a 3 month's supply for most of what would normally be prescription-only medicine to sell in the UK, provided it's for personal use).

I believe what is being cracked down upon (certainly here in the UK) is more specifically the import of potentially addictive opiate-based painkillers such as tramadol etc. or sites selling fakes.

Magicpharma has closed for holidays for like this before, so I assume whomever runs the site has just gone on holiday again.
