Ok. self control.
Then Why dont you spend 99% of your energy self controlling by promoting good will good heart on things you can control have personel knowledge of instead of 99.99% of your energy bitching about things you read on the internet that we doubt are personal experience? Angry is one thing. Angry for years on unpersonel things we dont get. Do you think you will ever snap out of it and spread good heart?
