Thanks.. Im not sure who Aerose is? I posted this originally, not sure if you are replying to me or someone else.

I agree wholeheartedly with Vit C, as you have seen. however, my system is too sensitive to take that much ascorbic acid! I feel really acidic from taking it. Even a few grams makes my stomach all acidy and not well. So I don't think it would be a good idea. I could try again of course, but I am worse now than i've ever been, so I don't see how it could be any better. Would buffered C work? I think that calms the effect of the acid.
