Feo, that's interesting about increased chemical sensitivity. Right now - despite feeling healthier overall - I feel like I have insane seasonal allergies that I've never had before - I wonder if that has something to do with it.

But I didn't read other responses yet, just wanted to add that we have to be sufficient in certain minerals before we can eliminate certain metals - if that makes sense, so the healthier we get the more easily we are able to "dump"
