I agree with you about keeping this up. It's creepy knowing that all this stuff is in you. A lemon enema doesn't burn at all, but could use any sort of enema you like. I just wanted something simple. I've tried many tinctures. I took Humaworm for years with success. But this recent infestation was just out of control & nothing seemed to help. The tincture I use now is one I got from the health food store and is made by L & S Natural, Inc. & it has Black-Walnut , cloves, Wormwood & quassia. I grow organic Wormwood in my greenhouse and I am always taking a piece and eating it raw. I also grow garlic which I also will eat raw. But none of this ever gave me the results I got from combining the diatomaceous earth/fulvic acid/herbal tincture together. Every body is different, so your mileage may vary. ;o) I tried ACV but it didn't agree with me. Most people seem to be able to handle it just fine, though. good luck.
