To be honest Omo i never have had a sleep problem before, or during AF...always sleep as if im tranquilised!

My trouble is the need to sleep all the time. I'm tired of being so tired TBH!

I would have very rare nights of mind-racing, cannot get to sleep, but once i got to sleep - it would be at least 8 hours of constant sleep.

I get up to pee a lot...but manage to fall asleep again with no problems.

It's intrigued me as most people in the AF forum mention insomnia, and general sleep problems.

If it wasn't for sounds, natural light, pet noises etc waking me up, i could easily sleep 12 hours and wake up feeling exhausted!
