When detoxing you need to support both the liver and the kidneys. A lot of emphasis is put on the liver but often the kidneys get neglected. I hit problems like you when I didn't support my kidneys. I flush with cranberry to help clear out toxins. Any pain in that area indicates your kidneys are stressed...don't ignore it, there are lots of kidney supporting supplements you can use. Hope you feel better soon
