I had to quite arguing with people online because the heart palpitations and insane adrenaline rushes. Same with real life of course. I am better now, but most of my life being criticized or insulted has made me feel absolutely awful, frantic, raging, its no wonder I have now AF, being always so reactive. People like me and for example feo66 have found that wasnt possible to survive in sympathetic dominance, so you really need to become someone calmer and wiser.
