Onwards, and others, Hi DBLC
What is the issue you guys are having with practitioners trying to generate business for themselves? I have no issue with a practitioner making money.
Aren't they just people, too, trying to make a living? Do you think b/c there is money involved, they only see NB as a "business"? I do think that sometimes when there is financial gain that this may not always be the best person to accept advice from. I have healed myself of bipolar disorder, ptsd, severe anxiety, migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic parasite and lyme infections, chronic constipation and adrenal fatigue. I got the information to do this by many of the good folks here who gave generously their time here on CZ. Those who healed themselves and gave back. I am trying to pay it forward.
I have talked to so many practitioners who are not making a lot of money doing this and holding down full-time jobs elsewhere and doing this for the love of it.
Everyone has the right to want to earn money, no? I think you have taken what I said out of context. As Feo explained I was just commenting on how nice it is to have a forum where people can freely share their experiences. There is no censorship. I think many of us are truth seekers. There is no personal gain on Curezone. In fact it is against the rules to promote oneself here unless you have your own forum. No one is taking away our freedom to express our opinions and experiences. Even when we stray outside of the NB box. People feel free to talk about things here that they cannot say on FB. They have their anonymity and their isn't any moderator who will shut down anyone who is doing NB outside of the NB box(Wilson or TEI) depending on the FB group.
I'm happy to pay my practitioner. She also runs a business and is a chiropractor, and her fees are the most I've spent on the program so far, but I willingly and gladly pay them and pay her b/c it feels good to have someone whose knowledge and expertise I value. That's great you have found someone that is helping you! I too am happy to pay for my tests through the lab.
If you don't value theirs - then just move on? Why gripe about it. I mean, who cares? :) My intention was not to gripe but to support a fellow CZ member. I think if you read through my posts you will see that I have given generously of my time to this forum.
(Not trying to be mean - just saying - we'd all likely do better if we focused less on practitioner-bashing and more on our own "business" of healing ourselves). Again I never bashed anyone but you seem to think I did! I have disagreed with some advice that was given out from time to time. Again it related to my personal experience and I shared why I disagreed.
We are all learning here. I am still very grateful for this forum.
Best of Health!
