A two Liter batch is about 65 ounces. If you take that down to 10 oz you need to add more water throughout the day.

Also the SSKI should be added on a per glass basis. Essentially if you are killing off more than you are able to detox with the salt you are going to feel crappy and 12 drops of SSKI can do that..

In short, I only add SSKI when I feel non toxic. You don't even need new die off, you can just hit an area with L-form aka Salt soluble toxins and you are in Barney till you work through that..

The solution to feeling crappy is IMAM Not IMAM+..
