I'm actually currently taking high dose vitamin D ( 20000 IU ) 3 times a week due to a deficiency ( another pointer to intestinal problems ) so I think I'll start the vitamin C tomorrow and see how it goes.

Here's hoping I see some improvement. I almost struggle to believe something as simple as vitamin C could help me considering how much this has affected my weight ( I'm extremely underweight due to mal-absorption ) and health.
