Hot tea. Lots of warm baths or showers, even if it feels icky. Reading is helping me a lot, I am on day 2. Sugar, chocolate and sweet tarts. watch movies, ones that do not glamorize drugs. drink a lot of water. wear a cozy sweater, like a hoodie. take ibprofen for the headaches. play video games. rest when you can. hide your money from yourself.
