Hello,

I stumbled on this site after trying to figure out if zappers work. For the past month I have been having horrible horrible headaches and pains. My friend suggested I watch Dr. Sebi and I was convinced it was all the fast food I started to eat more of. Last week I got extremely ill and tired and could barely focus. Though, I am a bit low on funds to just completely change my diet as stated on Dr. Sebi site. I would like to know what all y'all have done to rid your bodies of the illness and such and what books and precautions I should know...so when I get my next pay check I can stop all of this sickness. You can e-mail me or just post on the forum...I really don't care as long as I can get some incite on this.
or if there is a beginners guide on this site somewhere that someone could redirect me to it....this forum is a bit hard for me to follow.
