what does "therapeutic grade" mean with essential oils? like the kind you buy at health food stores that are without filler oils? does it say "therapeutic grade" on the bottle? or how will I know? would like to get into essential oils for stress relief. thanks for the info. oh and how do you apply? just the skin and where is best?
