Hello all,

I need your help.

I am terrified by what's happening.

I started taking Iodine at 1mg a day and yesterday a neck pain started to flare up, it is at the level of my thyroid, it isn't permanent but it comes and goes like 3 times a day for 2 mins at most.
The pain itself isn't annoying or painful but I'm scared to death, I don't know what's happening, is my thyroid growing into a goiter or is my thyroid shrinking?

I don't want to cause myself permanent damage, do any of you had this kind of neck pain when starting Iodine supplementation and how did it end up?

Btw this is what I take :
- Iodine 1mg
- 1700mg omega 3 (my omega6/omega3 ratio is between 2-3 which is pretty good)
- 3000mg vitamin C
- 10000UI vitamin D
- 1000UI vitamin E (not everyday though)
- 500mg elemental magnesium
- 12mg astaxanthin
I used to take selenium but I noticed that it rather slowed down my thyroid and I read studies about it causing weight gain which is the contrary of my goal so I dropped it.

If you have a similar experience to share please do so.
