Thanks so much Diana! She really has improved so much its hard to believe. I think her vitamin D levels were 20 or 22 and I read where it should never be under 32 and 50 and above is optimal. That is what I remember reading. The side effects for vitamin d deficiency were almost all symptoms she had experienced too. Everyone having post mirena issues needs to demand they have their vitamin d levels checked and if its low take prescription vitamin d pills. My daughter goes back to the doctor soon to have a retest done to see if the 50,000 vitamin d pills twice a week has brought her levels up. I will post when we get the results back.
