Wow, I have been suffering with these exact same symptoms for several months now: anxiety and spaced out feeling after eating, a constant white/yellow fuzz on the tongue, pains in lower back, greenish urine no matter how much water I drink, and massive digestion problems + reflux and burning throat.

I thought back and realised that I had had a lot of these problems off and on over the last few years, but something happened in February one weekend while I was at a cabin in the woods that made it all blow up at once.

Since then it's been a real struggle, and the doctors only prescribed medication to reduce the acidity in the stomach for reflux.

After a lot of googling, I realised it could possibly be candida, so I radically changed my diet (which was already pescatarian) to cut out all sugar, bakery products, and reduced the grains. It helped a lot for a while, and my tongue even returned to normal for the first time in I don't know how long.

...But then I got overconfident, let my guard down, and started eating protein bars with Sugar in them to gain some weight back. I felt the familiar burn in the back of my throat, and within two weeks all the symptoms returned with a vengeance.

That was about three weeks ago and I've restricted everything again to try and get back to where I was. I still have no idea if it's candida, but I don't know what else would match these symptoms.
