Thank you for your post! The word Allah was edited out of the Holy Bible some time in the 1900's. I had seen it in an old book under Genesis, I believe, at the foot notes explaining the different ways to say God.
There is only One God for all and the 10 comandments state we should worship God Alone.
The Holy Quran is unchanged from beginning to end down to each letter having it's own markings so that one can not change the pronunciation and therefore, the meaning. One book we all read, we all pray the same and say the same types of prayers.
People are constantly typcast. People are responsible for their actions, like the Macho Man or Aggressive person. This is not Islam. Islam's position on women is from God, therefore it is correct."Paradise is at the feet of the Mother". There is a whole chapter in the Holy Quran devoted the trials and Faith of Mother Mary. Women have more rights, in Isalm, than many others in society. This includes the right to own property,have inheritence, be educated (this is stressed!!) vote, work, give council to the husband etc. Anyone who oppresses women or others, is going against God. We all can agree on that. TV and movies are strong ways to lead people around and make people believe anything!
The powers that be would rather keep making money off the naked flesh of women and now small girls even, than listen to a woman's intelect. Women in Islam do not have this burden of being made into a comodity. But people see a covered women and see she is oppressed?? Why? Because you have to interact with her based on itelect instead of body parts?
Muslim women enjoy being covered. Muslims know that Modesty is a part of Piety. You would not picture any pious people from the past in a bikini or speedo! Never!
I always say that if you want to know about something you should go to the source. Example: I would not go to an MD for info on fasting or LBB!! LOL :)
