I have a lot of friends taking bio-identical hormones and they are all high pressuring me to take them too. My gut instincts says no. I am getting all the minerals (Iodine) I need, and it is keeping my thyroid gland healthy. Why would I want to spend all that money on plant extracted hormones when my body is perfectly capable of making them on it's own? Just wondering if I am overlooking something and shunning good advice, or if they are wanting me to get on the wagon and waste money too.
