I know what you mean and I fully agree. A quick look at the posts of this anon user shows that indeed she aims to provoke and not actually be helpful. Although I clearly sensed this, I needed to remark that actually what she talks about happens in CureZone in general, BUT NOT in the Adrenal Fatigue forum, in which I see a lot of well balanced people and I rarely see bad advices.
