Apparently the manufacturers state that that its ok for three months, then a months break, then another three months..This is a good review

Ive been using it for around a month now, and it has made improvement on my nighttime cortisol. If you do a search for it on here, others have had success such as Laredo7 and SeattleK, definitely worth a punt.
