I'm sorry, but what makes you think I don't exercise? I walk 2 miles every morning. Up until I started taking Iodine and got so tired, I was doing step aerobics and resistance bands every day. Now I'm too tired to even go around the block twice. I feel like crap, and I just want to feel better. Exercise isn't always the answer, and I resent your condescension.
