I have a whole protocol every morning, noon and night of supplements. I had never counted them until today, but including the Iodine and borax, I take 23 different supplements a day. I can't say I really feel that much better. No extra energy. Still have total brain fog that is affecting my work and my life. Still in pain.

I seem to get a very short, temporary burst of relief, then it's gone.

It all seems too pointless. Maybe my body just has too much damage at age 60 to ever heal. It's so expensive keeping all this up, and I've been having trouble working enough to get the money.

I think I'm taking a break from everything for awhile and just taking my multi vitamins. Honestly, I felt better BEFORE I started trying to "get well." At least then I had good days and bad days. I haven't had a good day when I was full of energy in way too long.

See you guys around. For now, all the fight is gone out of me.
