Hey curezone what you think about bottled vegetable juices that you can buy in supermarkets?
Please don't be homemade juice nazi and tell me that this is better (because I know this). Of course if I could I would choose homemade juice but, where I live, and with my lifestyle it is not possible.

What you think, is it worth adding to my diet? Is this kind of juice healthy? I don't have luxury to always buy fresh vegetables so how to compare this juice to veggies? Btw. I have IBS.
