Thanks Joe. I am taking a significant amount of the antioxidants you suggest. I also take a multi vitamin from Emerald Laboratories that includes 50mg of ALA and never bothers me. I would not touch any other source of ALA again without the direct guidance of an experienced pro but I will check out the links you've provided. What are your friends primary symptoms? Do you think a high quality green drink can effectively remove any mercury? I have seen some comments suggesting that chelation in general is folly and you should just try to build up your body's natural defenses but obviously mercury can prevent being able to do that very thing. I also picked up some organic garlic and cilantro today but am not overdoing it. Also got some licorice extract which I hope will ease fatigue.
