I have obviously read everything everyone else has read about the fact that ovarian cysts are caused by Iodine deficiency and perhaps also a selenium deficiency. Whenever I supplement with Iodine and/or selenium my ovarian cyst pain gets MUCH MUCH worse. Has anyone had this experience? Anyone have thoughts on why this might be happening?
