Diarrhoea is listed as an adverse effect, amongst several others. Although they list it as temporary effect. I also had days with diarrhoea in the beginning, the urine tasted extremely salt, and had strong smell. Now it does not seem to affect my feces at all. One thing I have noticed more and more, is how transparent it became over time. Not only that, but the taste got more water like as well. I have recently also changed my diet to be more healthy as well.

After I did a day with urine fast and enema urine I felt very good. Although I am still new at this. Would like to find a book or something on this that goes detailed in on this.
