Wtf thats great!!! I love full fat dairy... yesterday it was delightful to eat an organic yogurt of sheep milk, so creamy and dense. I also love mashed potatoes with olive oil and Sea Salt ! :D Undoubtely good and plenty of food its a big factor in AF.

I hope your testimony opens the eyes of some others for which I opened this thread...
