kombucha is
a good adjunct to juicing
great for releasing addictions to soda, alcohol, sugars. . .
Probiotics and a multitude of beneficial enzymes, vitamins, etc!

delicious.
and can be flavoured after brewing with untold fruits and herbs, mixed into juices. . .

a favourite is blueberry ginger kombucha.
blended and pressed blueberries, and a grating of fresh ginger, squeezeed through a small sieve.
save the pulp for compost
