Borax's alkalinity hit is fleeting, so it can be taken with water just 20 minutes away from IMAM.
If you can get water without Chloramine or Fluoride then bathing with some Borax is very helpful, else use personal hygiene from the old Hulda Clark books. Well, use updated ones since even Hulda switched to O3 - Ozone from H2O2.

I believe in her second to last book HC even gives details on using an O3 - Ozone tent..
