I don't know about the test, I jumped just in the 1st flush and used the Epsom Salts (=magnesium sulfate). It makes sense to try 1 tsp 3 days before and then may be 2 tsp.
ES is one of my favorite and cheapest supplements. Depending on the person 1 tbs gives you diarrhea.
