Did you ever try the caprylic acid or grapefruit seed extract I suggested? If you're scared of taking a supplement, a cup of green tea would have an anti-fungal effect. I still wonder if you have candida. With the help of these products I've been able to arrest but not cure it. I still have brain fog but it's much more mild and I don't feel dissociated or like my mind is empty. I also don't get the fatigue really and I'm able to be a lot more active. It's not an ideal situation but it keeps me stable and able to go out and do things and not be suffering physically or mentally. If you get to the point where you want to try it out, I would recommend taking one pill of caprylic acid. If you have the type of candida that I do, your symptoms will clear within 2-3 minutes. You just have to be careful because too much will give you a die-off reaction. For me it's been a matter of keeping myself balanced in a comfortable zone between candida symptoms and die-off symptoms. Again, not a cure but it will feel like heaven compared to what you're going through. At least keep this in mind if you ever feel like trying it. Like I said, green tea would also have a mild effect. There's not really any other foods that are potent enough anti-fungals to test out in the same way.
Take care,

P.S. - The reason I keep nagging you about this is because our symptoms are so extremely similar and this simple protocol could cause a dramatic improvement in your symptoms. I don't want to force you to do anything you don't want to, but I don't see any other way you can rule out the type of candida I have except by taking caprylic acid, grapefruit seed extract, or the green tea. That was the only way I noticed symptom improvement. Please be honest and let me know if you have reservations about doing this.
